Palm Valley Lodge has three main conference rooms. We also convert accommodation rooms to host small groups and can also erect tents in our gardens to host large groups.

Standard Room
The forest wing is a guest favorite! Do request one of those at the reception.
Deluxe Room
These rooms are perfect for long stay guests who would like to self cater.
Premier Room
This is our flagship room, also popular with newlyweds. It comes complete with endless closet space and an executive bath.
Impala Conference Room
Impala Conference room sits 25 participants in any configuration that the client prefers. Its colorful and complete with great lighting from the outside and an air conditioner.
Buffalo Conference Room
This is our largest Conference room. It sits 40 participants. Clipboard and Projector are available if needed. Backup power from our generator all day.
Kalulu Conference Room
We are excited to launch our executive meeting room: Kalulu Executive Room. It is a 14 seater room and you will love the atmosphere it creates. You can be assured of executive service within the beautiful natural environment of Palm Valley facilities.
